Catholic Charities of Northern Kansas is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Therapist to join our Family Support Services team in Hays. This role involves providing professional counseling services both in-person and virtually, approximately 20 hours per week, to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to clients, both individually and in group settings, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain and manage client files and records in accordance with HIPAA and legal standards.
• Schedule appointments, manage client billing, and participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide the highest quality of care.
• Support grant reporting and ensure data accuracy in client tracking systems.
• Help shape counseling procedures and serve as a backup for other staff members as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• A licensed therapist in the state of Kansas with a passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• 2+ years of experience providing therapeutic services; 5+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Enthusiastic about the mission of Catholic Charities and willing to align with our core values.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This part-time role includes occasional travel to other Catholic Charities offices and communities in the Salina Diocese, as well as opportunities to engage in professional development and agency trainings.
