Christmas Assistance

If you’re looking for help this Christmas, we are here to support you. Our Adopt-a-Family program is designed to ensure that families in need can still experience the joy and warmth of the holiday season. We understand that times can be tough, and we want to help make this Christmas a special one for you and your kids. Below is the information you need to apply for assistance and receive gifts through our program. We look forward to being part of your holiday season and helping to make it brighter.

• You’ll need to provide proof of income for your household (for each family member who has income) and IDs for all family members.
• Applications will be available at our office locations from October 21st to November 1st, between 3 pm and 5 pm. Please try to be as specific as possible on your application to help us best match your needs.
• Families who are approved will receive at least one gift per family member.
• If your family received assistance in 2023, you’ll be eligible again in 2025.
• Approval letters will be mailed out in the middle of November.

• October 21st - November 1st: Family Applications Open
  Visit any of our office locations between 3 pm and 5 pm during these dates to fill out your application. We’re here to assist you and answer any questions to help make the process easy and comfortable.

• November 6th: Approval Letters Mailed to Families
  A member of our team will reach out to let you know the status of your application. We appreciate your patience as we work to match each family with a sponsor and ensure every family has what they need for the holidays.

• December 17th & 19th: Family Pick-Up Dates in Hays, Salina, and Manhattan offices
  Once approved, you’ll be able to pick up your family’s Christmas gifts on these dates. Our team will make sure everything is ready for you, so your family can enjoy a festive and joyful Christmas.
