Started by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1995, Catholic Charities of Northern Kansas has assisted thousands of people to gain Lawful Permanent Residence (LPR) status and obtain U. S. Citizenship. Our statistics reflect positive outcomes in helping numerous people achieve a better lifestyle in the U.S.A. Our BIA accredited representatives meet with clients daily in Salina office and schedule appointments in Hays and Manhattan once each month.
Our agency specializes providing benefit eligibility determination for citizenship, work authorizations and other related services including: Family immigration applications and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Our office is recognized by the United States Board of Immigration Appeals. Immigration Attorney Marci Stein is in charge of the Immigration program. If Marci is unable to assist with a particular immigration need, she will make the appropriate referral.
