My name is Hannah Nichols, and I am the HR and Development Coordinator at Catholic Charities. In this position, I work directly with our fundraising initiatives and our generous donors. I graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and a minor in Human Development and Family Science. Before coming to Catholic Charities, I worked for Bucklin Tractor and Implement in Pratt, KS as their Human Resource Director of Employee Relations and Recruiting. I am passionate about working with people and constantly trying to make processes more efficient. My favorite thing about Catholic Charities is no matter your role, you know you are working to make a difference in someone else’s life. Working here has definitely given me a new perspective on the needs of others.
